Chilled Garden Tomatoes Recipe:

 

Ingredients:

- Garden tomatoes

- Kale

- Carrots

- Onion flakes

- Oregano

- Vegan cheese

 

Instructions:

1. Wash and slice the garden tomatoes into thick slices.

2. Finely chop the kale and carrots.

3. In a skillet, sauté the kale, carrots, and onion flakes until the vegetables are tender.

4. Season the cooked vegetables with oregano.

5. Let the sautéed mixture cool.

6. Place the tomato slices on a plate and top them with the chilled sautéed kale, carrots, and onion mixture.

7. Finish by sprinkling vegan cheese over the tomatoes.

8. Serve the chilled garden tomatoes with the sautéed mixture on top and enjoy!
