Thai Rice Noodles with Carrots and Red Cabbage

 

Ingredients:

- Thai rice noodles

- Red cabbage

- Carrots

- Sesame oil

- Sesame seeds

- Himalayan salt

 

Instructions:

1. Bring a pot of water to a boil.

2. Add the Thai rice noodles to the boiling water and cook according to the package instructions.

3. While the noodles are cooking, shred the red cabbage and carrots using a grater or a knife.

4. In a separate pan, heat some sesame oil over medium heat.

5. Add the shredded cabbage and carrots to the pan and sauté until they are tender.

6. Once the noodles are cooked, drain them and add them to the pan with the vegetables.

7. Drizzle with a bit more sesame oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds, and season with Himalayan salt to taste.

8. Toss everything together until well combined.

9. Serve the Thai rice noodles with carrots and red cabbage hot, and enjoy your meal!
